Recruiting centers have come under attack since the Russian president Vladimir Putin declared partial conscription last Wednesday. Anti-conscription demonstrations took place over the weekend in Dagestan and Yakutia, regions that have both contributed disproportionate numbers of soldiers to the war in Ukraine.
