Russia will be accused of harboring criminals: they are not being prosecuted – speech of the British Foreign Minister

Russia does not fight criminals who violate international laws from its territory, harbor them, and sometimes these malefactors are employees of its state structures. This is discussed in the theses of the forthcoming speech of the head of the department Dominic Raab at the Center for National Computer Security of the country, circulated by the British Foreign Ministry, writes AP.

According to him, “hostile state structures and criminal groups want to undermine the foundations of our society and democracy.”

“Let’s be honest: when in states like Russia there are criminals operating from their territory, it is the duty of the authorities to pursue them, not hide them,” the Foreign Office head says.

Raab will advocate for a “free, open, peaceful and secure cyberspace” and discuss how a country should respond to malicious cyber attacks from other nations.
