Russia will no longer be subject to restrictions on the development of medium -range rockets, the Kremlin says

The Kremlin said today that Russia is no longer subject to any restrictions on the development of mid -range missiles, the day after Moscow’s statement that it is no longer bound by the moratorium on their development. The US was withdrawn in 2019 from the Treaty on Medium -range Nuclear forces, which banned the use of small and medium -range rockets, citing Russia’s non -compliance.
