A Russian attack hit a bus with civilians in the Sumy region of Ukraine on Saturday (17). Ukrainian military personnel reported at least eight dead and five injured.
“Passengers were injured, doctors and rescuers were urgently sent to the scene,” said Sumy Military Administration, Ihor Tkachenko in a messaging application.
The attack occurred hours after the countries performed their first direct peace negotiations in three years.
