Attack targets
Kharkiv mayor Ihor Terekhov said several areas of the city were targets.

“All our windows have been broken and our balcony is destroyed.”
The attack on Dnipro injured a person, besides the man who was dead, damaged private homes and caused fires, said Lysak, calling her “a difficult night for Dnipro.”
Both sides deny the target of civilians.
