“Kropyvnytskyi survived the most massive enemy attack,” said Arkadyi Raikovych, the regional governor. “Peaceful residential buildings were destroyed – homes and buildings of various floors.”

The National Police reported that 10 people, including four children, were injured.

Ukrainian authorities posted photos on the city’s Telegram app showing smoke columns of various fires rising above the buildings.
