The specialists of the NAMI Institute have created the first Russian electric motorcycle in the style of the Aurus brand. In addition, in the Instagram account of the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the first details about the technical characteristics and a video of the motorcycle were published.
The motorcycle was created taking into account the requirements of the specialists of the Special Purpose Garage of the Federal Security Service of Russia and not only meets their requirements in terms of the functional qualities required for motorcycles of this class – NAMI has created a truly spectacular motorcycle

The developed platform will eventually make it possible to create several models of motorcycles that are suitable for the tasks of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the Ministry of Internal Affairs. In addition, it is possible to develop models for free sale.
The prototype motorcycle is powered by an electric motor with a peak power of 140 kW (190 hp). The motorcycle accelerates from 0 to 100 km / h in 3.7 seconds. Serial production and sales of Aurus motorcycles should begin in 2022-2023.
