Russian “invisible” complex for detecting opponents. Rostec presented 1K144-E

The Ruselectronics holding, which is part of Rostec, presented at the Egyptian exhibition EDEX-2021 the 1K144-E system – a reconnaissance and signaling complex of a new generation, capable of detecting enemy manpower and his ground troops, while remaining completely invisible. 1K144-E is an autonomous system with small dimensions, including seismic-infrared and seismomagnetometric sensors (with a mass of 150 to 600 grams, their dimensions are about 20 cm), as well as the necessary radio transmitters with antennas and a set of devices for receiving and displaying information.

The 1K144-E complex not only records the existence of opponents in the investigated area, it determines the direction of their movement, counts the number and determines the type (manpower, wheeled vehicles or tracked vehicles). Seismic infrared sensors should be on the surface – they are masked on the ground, and seismomagnetometric devices are buried in the ground. The information is broadcast over a radio channel to a complex of signal receiving devices equipped with a monitor – on which the operator sees a map of the area in electronic format and information about opponents. The system can operate continuously from the built-in batteries for 30 days, and the time of its deployment (taking into account the deepening and masking of sensors) does not take more than 5 minutes.

“At the EDEX-2021 exhibition, we are presenting the export version of the 1K144-E complex to foreign customers for the first time. This is an advanced solution capable of covert remote monitoring of the territory. The equipment detects the movement of wheeled vehicles within a radius of up to 120 m, tracked vehicles – up to 200 m, a person – up to 30 m and transmits information to a remote command post at a distance of up to 35 km, ”said Mikhail Artemov, CEO of the Sozvezdie concern, which deals with development and release of the complex.
