One Russian citizen was arrested in the act in Florianópolis (SC) accused of Keep a Thai woman and her three -month -old daughter in private jail for about 90 days. The case is being investigated by the Civil Police.
According to the delegate Cléber Serrano, responsible for the police center duty, the victim reported having suffered mistreatment, aggression and surveillance constant during the period in which he was deprived of liberty.
“The action consisted of abuse, constant surveillance, assaults in the female and that all this was proven through the testimonials of the military police, expertise that was performed and examination of the body of crime,” said the delegate.
Also according to Serrano, the man was filed twice for the crime of private jail – once by his wife and another by the child. The victim gave testimony with the help of an interpreter and reported all the suffering lived next to the aggressor.
The Civil Police continues with the investigations.
