The Russian Post team spoke about the success of the registered e-mail service. According to the press service, the number of customers who receive the service of registered e-mails in 2020 increased “almost 2 times.”

In 2020, the number of individual customers of Russian Post who have connected the service of registered electronic letters has grown by 76%. In 2019, there were 3.4 million of them, at the end of 2020 – 6 million. The number of legal entities using the service of receiving letters increased from 3 to 17 thousand.
Also, in 2020, the number of registered e-mail senders increased 15 times – it reached 1,300 organizations and departments, including regional traffic police departments, FSSP, courts and others. In total, they sent 131 million registered emails in 2020, nearly double the number in 2019.
Electronic registered letters are a digital way of transmitting legally significant letters from individuals, government agencies and organizations. You can receive such letters in 82 regions of Russia, and sending is available throughout the country.
