A Russian Uber driver who worked illegally in the US was recorded by a camera hitting his head and leaving a chief executive because he canceled the race, according to the victim and a new lawsuit. 45 -year -old Managing Director Bryan Kobel, based in Charleston, seems to have canceled his journey to a French restaurant a few months ago because the driver reportedly refused to take his service dog together.
