In London, the protagonist of “Deadpool & Wolverine” appeared with Peggy on his lap for the photos. The dog considered the “ugliest in Great Britain” is part of the cast of the film. In a recent interview with Empire magazine, he spoke about choosing the animal for the production.
“The reason I was such a big advocate for her was because she feels like the animal manifestation of Wade Wilson [alter ego de Deadpool]”, he said.
Beside Hugh Jackman the Canadian actor was on tour to promote the new Marvel film. The duo will come to Brazil this month, where they will wrap up the promotional events. “Deadpool & Wolverine” hits theaters on July 25th.

Named Brisket, the animal was adopted by the American actor in July 2023. Powell revealed that his dog became popular on the set of the film. The title hit theaters on Thursday (11).
