Despite the fact that AMD processors of the Raphael generation, based on the Zen 4 architecture, will appear, apparently, only at the end of next year, information about them is gradually becoming more and more.

The source shared a presentation slide that allegedly dates back to March 2020. As a reminder, Raphael was previously scheduled to launch this year, so that’s okay.

This slide confirms the information we know and also reveals new information. So, Ryzen 7000 desktop processors will have a TDP of up to 105W, and mobile ones – up to 65W. Chiplets will be manufactured using the 5 nm process technology, and the I / O chip will switch to the 7 nm process technology.

The number of cores will not increase. We are expecting two chiplets with eight cores each with 32 MB of cache. Although the latest development can allow to increase this volume threefold.

The processors (possibly all models) will integrate a GPU of the Navi 2 generation, that is, on the RDNA2 architecture.

It should be understood that the information is quite old, so it may not correspond to reality somewhere. For example, the latest data says the maximum TDP of desktop processors is 120W, and the APU should come out under the codename Phoenix.
