Ryzen processors will be running at full capacity in Windows 11 very soon. Both problems will be solved next week

Both problems of Ryzen processors in Windows 11 will be solved in the very near future.

AMD will release a firmware update next week to address an issue with the UEFI CPPC2 power plan. Microsoft, in turn, will release a Windows update.

Fixed problem with CPPC. The AMD Driver Power Profile is in the process of being released and is slated for release on October 21st. If required earlier, AMD can provide the driver directly to customers upon request. L3 cache latency issue has been addressed by Microsoft. Microsoft plans to release a hotfix on its Windows 10C Update targeting October 19

Thus, in a little more than a week, both problems will be resolved. True, as we recently realized, at least the performance problem in games is clearly quite minor in most cases.
