Sad landmark in India: Coronavirus cases exceed 27 million

The limit of 27 million infections from the young coronavirus India surpassed today, although the daily number of cases decreased again.

In contrast, the number of patients who succumbed exceeded 4,000 again.

According to the data of the federal Ministry of Health India, citing AMPE, recorded 208,921 cases of SARS-CoV-2, while another 4,157 people died of COVID-19.

The new coronavirus pandemic in the country of 1.3 billion inhabitants, according to official data – which are considered much underestimated by most experts-, to 311,388 deaths out of a total of 27.16 million infections.
