Sad report of 535 coronavirus deaths in Colombia

Another 535 patients with COVID-19 succumbed to Colombia in the last 24 hours, the second highest number since the outbreak of the new pandemic coronavirus in the country. And this one day after a tragic record of 540 deaths – with the death toll reaching 88,282 dead.

At the same time, 20,218 cases of SARS-CoV-2 were confirmed, with the number of people infected reaching 3,383,279 in the country.

Mass rallies have been taking place in Colombia since April 28 and bloody incidents have been recorded, as noted by AMPE.

The immunization campaign in the country of about 50 million inhabitants is underway. 9.66 million doses of vaccine have been administered to date COVID-19, with over 3.26 million people taking both doses.
