Sadness in sport: 24-year-old marathon world record holder Kelvin Kiptum was killed in a car accident

The current world record holder Marathon Kelvin Kiptum and his coach Gervais Hakizimana died in car accident on Sunday night outside the Rift Valley town of Eldoret, its police confirmed Kenya.
