Moscow’s response to the “blockade” imposed by Lithuania on the shipment of goods to the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad will not be exclusively diplomatic, warned Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova.
In particular, as reported by Reuters, during the regular press conference, Ms. Zakharova said that “one of the key questions is whether the reaction will be exclusively diplomatic. The answer: No. The answer will not be diplomatic but practical “.
The representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry did not go into details, however, in order to clarify the nature of the practical measures that Russia plans to take against Lithuania.
It is recalled that Lithuania has banned the land transport of goods subject to European sanctions to the Russian enclave of Kaliningrad, which is not geographically connected to Russia through another route, provoking Moscow’s anger.
