The Polish studio CD Projekt RED announced the termination of sales of its games in Russia and Belarus. The most famous (and, of course, hit) games from this company are Cyberpunk 2077 and The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt. This decision is due to geopolitics and the Russian military operation in Ukraine.
The company issued two statements on this matter: one in English, the second in Russian. Here is the second option:
CD PROJEKT Group has decided to stop selling our games in Russia and Belarus. This applies to both digital and physical copies. We hope for the understanding of all the players who will be affected by this. Previously purchased copies of games, as well as patches and hotfixes for them, will continue to work.

It should be noted that the studio’s games are presented on all platforms and in the most popular services: Xbox, PlayStation, PC, Nintendo Switch, as well as Steam, Epic Games Store and Google Stadia. In its latest report to investors, CD Projekt RED indicated that Russia and Belarus accounted for about 5.4% of revenue from the sale of their own games.
