In Olbia, yesterday, a free concert of Salmo, born as a sort of flashmob from social word of mouth. Hundreds of young people gathered for a charity fundraiser to support the Sardinia region hit by summer fires.
Behind the initiative the support of farmers and ranchers of Montiferru and their families seriously affected by the economic situation, already hard at the home of the covid and aggravated by the fire that stormed their land.
The event was held on August 13 under a giant Ferris wheel at Molo Brin and lasted 40 minutes. For the occasion, 10,000 olive trees were donated to support the burning region. The concert was not spared from controversy because unfortunately, on such an occasion it is difficult to maintain the distance and moreover it seems that many guys showed up without a mask.
Salmo is not the only one at the center of the social discussions for his concert.
Enrico Ruggeri was the other singer-songwriter struck by the negative comments for his concert scheduled for today, August 14 in Genoa, because, thinking of offering an unprecedented solution, he tweeted that his concert would have been without the Green Pass and with a free buffer.
«A small big victory: tomorrow in Genoa it will be possible to access my concert even without the Green Pass: the White Cross employees will give free swabs to the ticket holders (I proposed it a year ago). I hope to set a precedent. See you tomorrow, ”the singer tweeted. Too bad that many have pointed out to him that “Negative buffer = Green Pass … what did you invent?!?!”
The green certificate is issued to those who have been vaccinated, to those who have recovered from Covid or to those who have had a swab and had a negative result. The singer tried to recover by declaring that his “victory is: I see the concert without having to get the vaccine and without spending money on the swab.” A concert + free buffer, in short.
The controversy continued and Ruggeri wrote: «Being able to get insults from both sides only for defending rights and seeking solutions. Perhaps those who are silent and never take a stand are doing well, if not to rush to the aid of the winners ».
