Luca Morizzi, Lega’s online media manager and close associate Mateo Salvini, is accused of drug dealing, as the newspaper La Repubblica writes today. Morizzi resigned last week, citing family reasons.
“I did not commit any crime, but this whole case is a big mistake on a human level. I apologize for my weakness and for my mistakes, from Mateo Salvini and from the whole League, to whom I dedicated the most recent years of my professional effort “, said the 48-year-old Morizi himself in an announcement.
According to the newspaper Corriere della Sera, the case is related to the seizure of synthetic drugs, which took place last August during a search of a car in which three young people were riding. The young men allegedly told police they had obtained the drugs from Morizi. The whole investigation, however, has not yet been completed.
“I love you my friend. “You hurt yourself, but you can always count on my help,” Salvini wrote on the internet.
We remind you that Lega’s internet communication strategy – with high and often aggressive tones and expressions – has always been considered essential by its secretary for the contact with the voters and the promotion of his party’s positions.
