Samsung continues to roll out updates to Android 11 for its devices, connecting older models. This time around, the One UI 3.1 update based on Android 11 was released for the Samsung Galaxy A70 smartphone, which went on sale in 2019.
The Samsung Galaxy A70 got Android 10 in February last year, and now it is equipped with the company’s latest firmware, and the update was released well ahead of schedule. Samsung originally planned to update this model in May 2021.

The update is currently rolling out in Ukraine, but will soon be available in the rest of the world. Firmware numbered A705FNXXU5DUC6 contains the March security update for the Android operating system. The update is about 1.9 GB in size.
It may take several days before the firmware arrives on your smartphone. You can check for an update manually by going to Settings> Software Update> Download and Install.
