According to sources, users of the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 series smartphones face a problem with the S Pen.
Samsung’s flagship smartphones that were released in 2019 have an issue that causes the S Pen stylus to disconnect from time to time. This can cause some features, including Air Actions, to not work.
While the S Pen disabling issue is not entirely new, its frequency has increased lately. Some Galaxy Note 10 users found that the issue started to appear actively after installing a security patch from March or April 2021.
Users are unhappy with this issue and urge Samsung to fix it. According to some owners, they encounter a disconnect error as soon as they take out the S Pen from the storage location in the smartphone. The problem manifests itself in different ways, with some people using it to navigate, scroll and tap the screen. However, users cannot use Air Actions to control the camera app and control the volume in the gallery app.
The South Korean tech giant has yet to solve this problem and offer any solution to the owners of these smartphones.
