Samsung, which has been cooperating with the International Olympic Committee for a long time, has announced the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G Olympic Edition smartphone.
Last year’s Samsung Galaxy S20 + Olympic Edition received an Olympic design with the Tokyo 2020 logo on the back, but this year Samsung is more cautious with the Galaxy S21 5G Olympic Edition only featuring a five-ring logo. There is no mention of the upcoming Olympics on the phone.

On March 24, 2020, the International Olympic Committee announced the postponement of the Summer Olympics to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. It is not yet clear if the games will take place this year, so Samsung’s approach to design is understandable.
These phones will be marketed in Japan by NTT Docomo and have a unique Olympic circle wallpaper. This is where the differences from the standard Galaxy S21 5G end.

Price and release date have yet to be announced.
