The non-profit organization Russian Quality System (Roskachestvo) has published a rating of the best smartphones as of early 2021. The first place went to the flagship phone Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra, which was highly praised for its display, large battery, strong and excellent performance, thanks to the Exynos 2100 SoC and 12 GB of RAM.

Three smartphones of the South Korean company were in the top five at once, including the Samsung Galaxy S21 + and Samsung Galaxy S21, which took the fourth and fifth places, respectively. The second and third places are taken by Huawei Mate 40 and OnePlus Nord.
The Roskachestvo catalog contains 171 models of smartphones of 21 brands. Roskachestvo together with the international association of consumer research ICRT (International Consumer Research & Testing) regularly replenishes the rating with test results of new models that undergo the same tests in the same laboratory conditions for 231 parameters, so experts can objectively compare them with each other.

Researchers are testing smartphones on parameters such as durability, memory reliability, functionality, backup quality, maximum electromagnetic radiation (SAR), battery, touchscreen performance and sound quality.
