The Samsung Galaxy S10 is the world’s first Wi-Fi 6 phone. Last week Samsung introduced the world’s first Wi-Fi 6E mobile phone. We are talking about the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra.
The Wi-Fi 6E wireless standard uses the 6 GHz spectrum to double the maximum data rate from 1.2 Gbps to 2.4 Gbps. Broadcom chips already support this standard. Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is equipped with a Broadcom BCM4389 chip and also supports Bluetooth 5.0. If it is used with a certified Wi-Fi 6E router, then users can get faster data transfer rates. Wi-Fi 6E allows you to quickly transfer 4K / 8K videos and download large files or games.
Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra supports Wi-Fi 6E in both Snapdragon 888 and Exynos 2100 versions. The smartphone also supports 5G, Bluetooth 5.0, GPS, NFC and USB 3.2 Type-C.
The smartphone will go on sale on February 5th.
