SamMobile reports that the South Korean manufacturer is working on an all-new line of powerful tablets expected to launch early next year.
According to official figures, due to the global shortage of chips, Samsung was forced to abandon the release of the new Galaxy Note smartphone this year and postpone the release of the Galaxy S21 FE until the fall. Therefore, it should come as no surprise that the new tablets were also delayed until next year.
The lineup should include three models: the Galaxy Tab S8 and Galaxy Tab S8 +, as well as the top-of-the-line Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra tablet, which will feature a huge 14.6-inch OLED screen and other impressive specs.
The Galaxy Tab S8 and S8 + are expected to be similar to the Tab S7 and S7 + in terms of features, but still have a modern mobile platform. But the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra will receive a 14.6-inch AMOLED screen, support for fifth-generation networks and a 12,000 mAh battery. All three models will support the S Pen and the new premium keyboard. Versions with support for Wi-Fi / LTE and 5G will appear on sale.
Prices for these models will start at $ 740, $ 1120 and $ 1320, respectively. So far, this is all the information about new products.
