Samsung introduced a gaming monitor with a Mini-LED matrix, Wi-Fi and a huge diagonal

Today, January 26, Samsung officially introduced a very impressive gaming monitor called the Odyssey Neo G7 (G70NC) – its diagonal is 43 inches with an aspect ratio of 16:9. However, decent dimensions are not the main advantage of the novelty, because the main feature of the monitor is the Mini-LED display. This is the company’s first gaming monitor based on this technology, plus the manufacturer announced the use of Quantum Matrix Technology backlighting, 4K resolution (3840 × 2160 pixels) and a refresh rate of 144 Hz with a response time of 1 ms. Accordingly, this is the reference gaming monitor for shooters, racing, role-playing games and more.

Moreover, the manufacturer decided that just good performance is not enough, so the novelty was equipped with Wi-Fi and support for many smart functions. For example, the Odyssey Neo G7 (G70NC) boasts the Gaming Hub platform and Samsung Smart Hub – thanks to these features, the device is able to run gaming streaming services like Xbox Cloud Gaming and NVIDIA GeForce NOW without an additional signal source, that is, completely on its own. What’s more, there are apps for popular streaming services like Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube.

Unfortunately, the company did not name the exact release date and cost of the new monitor, but it will definitely not be available.
