Samsung’s new 65W charger (EP-TA865) was certified by the South Korean authorities back in September, but real photos of the adapter have just appeared.
The new power supply supports charging at up to 20 V and 3.25 A. It is powerful enough to charge laptops that support USB-C charging with it. It has been argued that its power will be overkill for the Samsung Galaxy S21 series smartphones.

According to available information, the Samsung Galaxy S21 and S21 + will support 25W charging, while the Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra will charge 45W. However, there is also a chance that Samsung will equip the Galaxy Note21 Ultra with support for 65W charging, which will allow the new product to get ahead of its predecessor, the S20 Ultra, which supports 45W charging.
The presentation of the Samsung Galaxy S21 line of smartphones will take place the day after tomorrow, January 14.
