The first details about the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 and Galaxy Tab S8 + tablets have appeared online, which should replace last year’s Galaxy Tab S7 and Tab S7 +. The information was shared by the video blogger The Galox.

According to the source, Samsung will soon update the Galaxy Tab S line of tablets. Compared to its predecessors, this will be more of an evolution than a revolution. By and large, the main innovations will be the transition to the SoC Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 and the Android 11 operating system out of the box.

The base model will receive an 11-inch LCD screen with Full HD + resolution and 120 Hz refresh rate, like the Galaxy Tab S7, as well as a fingerprint scanner on the side.

The Galaxy Tab S8 + features a 12.4-inch 120Hz AMOLED display and an under-screen fingerprint scanner. Batteries will retain the same capacity – 8000 mAh for the base model and 10 900 mAh, 45W charging is supported. Of course, work with the proprietary S Pen stylus is provided. The tablets will be offered with 128GB, 256GB or 512GB of internal flash storage.
