The singer Sandy 41, published a statement to her ex-husband, Lucas Lima this Thursday (11), in celebration of the 42 years of the artist. Despite the breakup, after 15 years of marriage, the two maintain a close relationship and remain friends.
“Today is the day of this professional ‘cemporcentista’, influencer barista, actor-model-dancer, singer, multi-instrumentalist and best father that you respect! And I wish dreams come true and all the joy that he plants in the world and that he deserves”, she began in the caption of the publication.
Sandy published some photos of her ex-husband on a trip they took together to Disney and highlighted that she needed to post the clicks of him eating sweets.
The singer and Lucas Lima announced the end of their marriage in September last year. They are parents to Theo, 9.
“It was not an easy decision, nor an impulsive one. There were practically 24 years of relationship and 15 years of marriage. With ups and downs, sometimes happier, sometimes less, but always whole and willing to do our best. And we did”, said the note published on the two’s Instagram at the time.
“There was no fight, no hurt, no trauma… We were able to see that this was the best path and we are going to stop being a couple in the same way we were one: with lots of love, respect and infinite friendship”, he added.
