Sanremo 2023: the guest of Zelensky and the spoiler of Bruno Vespa

In fact, during the connection with Tg1 at 1.30 pm on Sunday 15 January, Amadeus lifted the reserve on the last two co-hosts yet to be disclosed, i.e.: the volleyball player Paola Egonu and the actress and presenter Chiara Francini, who will take the Ariston stage respectively on the third evening of Thursday 9 and in the fourth of Friday 10 February, joining Chiara Ferragni, who will open and close the Festival, and Francesca Fagnani, who will be present next to Amadeus on the second evening of Wednesday 8 February .

An unscheduled one is added to this news: during its connection with Sunday In Bruno Vespa has, in fact, spoiled the presence of the president of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky at the final of the Sanremo Festival. «I know that Zelensky wanted to come to San Remo, in connection, of course. I spoke to Amadeus, and I was able to tell him: dear President, we are waiting for you for the final evening of the Sanremo Festival”, reported Vespa, who also announced his interview with the Ukrainian president broadcast on January 17 on Rai 1 at 11.30pm . In short, certainly a (another) good blow for Amadeus, given that Zelensky was able to make his voice heard from other important stages in the world, such as the Grammy Awards.

Leaving aside the fact that this hosted event was not announced by the artistic director himself who, perhaps, had in mind a more articulated and thought out launch, the weekend was enriched with another gem, or the Poohs as super guests of the first evening of the Festival.
