More than 35 restaurants in Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro and Belo Horizonte participate in the first edition of Brunch Gaarden event that starts this Friday (24).
For 17 days, all the houses will serve exclusive and à la carte dishes that can be paired with beer. When ordering one of the menu items, which can be anything from an avocado toast, an egg benedict or a shakshuka, customers will receive a Hoegaarden beer or a cocktail made with witbier as a “welcome drink”..
This is the proposal: to harmonize traditional brunch dishes with beer, which can arrive at the table with a slice of orange to enhance its flavor and aroma.
Another option is to try a specialty drink made with Hoegaarden and developed by the chefs of the participating restaurants.

In Sao Paulo, participate A Botanista; Coffee Zinn; Gourd Coffee; Two Tropics; Hoegaarden Greenhouse; Habitual Pinheiros, Habitual Jardins and Habitual JK Iguatemi; HM Food; Kez; King of the Fork; Mug Pamplona and Mug Jardins; In the Bread Row; Santiago; and Tako Cafe.
already in Rio de Janeiro, the restaurants are Arp; spout; House Bistro; La Bicyclette Jardim Botânico and La Bicyclette Barra da Tijuca; Café 18 do Forte; Coltivi; Empório Jardim (Botanical Garden), Empório Jardim (Beach) and Empório Jardim (IMS); Fabro Artisan Bakery; Plage; Nusa; and Quiteria.
In Belo Horizonte, diners can enjoy brunch at Casa Bonomi; Great Hotel Ronaldo Fraga; manju; The Restô Bar Garden; Uluru Cafe; and Zuzunelly.
Brunch Gaarden takes place between June 24th and July 10th.
