The Sarantis Group entered into an agreement for the acquisition of the Polish consumer consumer goods company STELLA PACK SA.
More specifically, the company Sarantis Polska SA, 100% subsidiary of GR. Sarantis SA signed an agreement for the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of the Polish company Stella Pack SA The acquisition is under the usual closing conditions and the approval of the competition authorities in the countries of activity of Stella Pack is pending.
Stella Pack is a leader in the production and distribution of household goods, with 25 years of successful presence in the categories of food packaging, garbage bags and cleaning tools, recording annual sales of approximately 65 million euros.
The Stella Pack actively contributes to the circular economy, as it operates only with recycled plastic and has a waste separation line that manufactures its own recycled plastic internally, fully covering its production needs. This acquisition, fully in line with the Group’s strategy, fits perfectly with its product portfolio, while it is expected to strengthen its leading position in the consumer products sector, strengthening its geographical footprint in the area where it operates.
