The cut-off date of the right to receive the dividend for the year 2021 was set at 03.06.2022, as announced today by Gr. Sarantis SA.
Beneficiaries in receiving the dividend are the shareholders of the Company who will be registered in the files of the Intangible Securities System on 06.06.2022 (Record Date).
The payment of the dividend will start on 10.06.2022 by the paying bank “National Bank of Greece SA.” as follows:
1. Through the Participants of the beneficiaries in the DSS. (Banks and Stock Exchanges), in accordance with the regulations in force of EL.K.AT. and its relevant decisions.
2. Especially in cases of dividend payment to heirs of deceased beneficiaries whose titles are kept in the Special Account of their Share in DSS, under the management of ATHEXCSD, the dividend payment process will be carried out after the completion of the legalization of the heirs. , through the network of the National Bank for one (1) year from the date of payment (ie until June 10, 2023).
After one year from the start date of payment, ie from Monday 12.06.2023 onwards, the financial distribution will be paid only by the company’s offices in Maroussi, Attica (26 Maroussi – Halandriou, 15125).
It is recalled that the Ordinary General Meeting of the company’s shareholders during its meeting on 31.05.2022 decided to distribute a dividend of 0.1431076139 euros per share, in accordance with the provisions of Greek law.
According to the current legislation, the dividend corresponding to the 2,915,273 shares held by the Company increases the dividend of the other shareholders and therefore the total gross amount of the dividend per share amounts to 0.14933796 euros.
This dividend amount is subject to withholding tax of 5% and therefore the shareholders will receive a net amount of 0.141871062 euros per share.
