The Sber team announced a new service, SberUslugi. According to the press service, this is the first online repair management platform online.
Through the Repair with SberServices platform, you can get a loan for repairs, calculate the cost according to the parameters, create a design project, order repairs from trusted construction and repair companies, and also monitor the progress of work at all stages.
The developers explained:
The main feature of the service is a secure transaction, which works on the principle of an escrow account, on which the customer places his own and credit funds. The amount required to pay for the next stage is reserved on the account and transferred to the contractor only after the customer accepts the work. This arrangement allows all parties to interact securely.
At the moment, the service is available in Moscow and St. Petersburg. Later it is planned to launch in other Russian regions.
At first, it may not work in full. As explained on the project website, the specified functionality of the service will be fully implemented in the 2nd quarter of 2022.
