British Royal Navy leader Sir Ben Kai has been removed from his duties as he is investigating complaints of inappropriate behavior, according to the British Defense Ministry (MOD). The ministry did not give further details on the case being investigated, noting that “it is not advisable to make further comments at the moment”. The announcement comes after a report by The Sun newspaper, which said Admiral Kay was alleged to have had a relationship with his female colleague, lower in the hierarchy. Earlier this week, the Ministry of Defense had announced that the leader of the Royal Navy was “temporarily withdrawn for personal reasons”. Admiral Kay was to leave his post in the summer, having served as head of the Royal Navy since 2021.
