A horrifying moment was captured on video in the US showing frame-by-frame the shooting of a man stopped at a traffic light in his car. Footage released by Philadelphia police shows a hooded man exiting the vehicle in front, approaching the victim's car with a gun raised, firing several shots, then quickly getting into the vehicle and fleeing with the driver. The incident happened on Friday, April 12 at around 9.40 pm. according to the call received by 911. It is not known what caused the assailant to run away so quickly but it appears the driver returned fire, as he also has a gun license. Police are now looking for both the driver and passenger seen in the video.
