Day 23 – “Wednesday 13″ at 31 Restaurant with wine, beer, special menu and Brazilian music
On the 23rd, from 7pm to 11pm, the 31 Restaurant, located in the Centre, will be the stage for an evening of wine, beer, snacks and music promoted by the chef Raphael Vieira . The event will feature glasses filled with Vinhos de Combate – a project spearheaded by the sommelière Gabriela Monteleone, that brings together wines from small Brazilian producers in an accessible format for everyday use -, craft beers from the award-winning Dádiva, an exclusive menu prepared by the chef and the Brazilian music set at Dj Ricardo Magrão . No reservations or tickets are required to attend.

The creation of “Quarta 13” arose from an intrinsic history of 31.
“The origin of the restaurant is a bar, which was run by my grandfather at another address. The 31 is a tribute to him. I always believed that this story could not be lost and now we will hold our first event rescuing this feeling. A night different from all the others in the house”, says the chef, who plans on having “Quarta 13” once a month. Raphael decided to use the number as a fun reference to the number 31 written backwards.
In fact, during “Wednesday 13th”, the atmosphere in the restaurant will be quite different from that usually found on other days. With the conventional menus suspended that night, the idea is to surrender to the bar atmosphere, taking advantage of the musical momentum. Among the beverage options, the public will be able to choose a glass of red or white wine (R$ 18 each), or Dádiva beers (R$ 12 each).
To accompany the glass, there will be a menu with food options designed exclusively for the occasion, such as grilled mushrooms on a skewer with furikake (R$12); Portion of mushroom croquettes (R$22); Jerusalem artichoke salad (in reference to the traditional potato ball salad) (R$16); Fried fresh onions and sour cream (R$20); and Pinhão bowl with amburana butter (R$ 20).
“Wednesday 13” at 31 Restaurant: Rua Rego Freitas, 301, Downtown / Hours: from 7 pm to 11 pm.
September 11th, 18th, 25th and 1st – Dining in the Dark
Ever wonder what it’s like to dine in the dark? Studies show that 80% of people eat with their eyes; with that sense eliminated, the theory is that the other senses – the taste, taste and smell – take over to elevate the meal to a whole new level. This is the proposal of Dining in the Dark, Fever’s original event, which arrives in São Paulo in partnership with Pullman São Paulo Vila Olímpia.
In the experience, participants taste a special menu, completely blindfolded, in a practically dark restaurant, lit only by a few candles. Participants can choose from three menus, Green with entirely vegetarian dishes, Red with dishes predominantly made with red meat or Blue in which fish is the main star. All menus have a starter, main course and dessert, but the dishes will be a big surprise for the participants.
Tickets can be purchased by site or the Fever app. They are available for R$ 200 per participant. Dinner starts at 20:00 and lasts about an hour and a half.
