A Virginia judge described as “heinous” that a school decided to expel a student because he was waiting for his test to end before he says that a classmate had brought a bullet to the classroom. Specifically, Judge Vivian Henderson of Virginia Beach decided in favor of Rachel Wigand, the mother of the child, in her lawsuit against the Catholic school of St. John the Apostle.
