The drive uses a Phison E18 controller and 3D NAND TLC flash memory. Available in 500GB, 1TB, 2TB and 4TB versions. The sequential read speed reaches 7300 MB / s, only for a 500 GB drive it is 7000 MB / s. The maximum sequential write speed in the case of a 500 GB drive is 3000 MB / s, in the case of a 1 TB drive – 6000 MB / s, for the remaining two, the value is 6900 MB / s.

In terms of random access performance, read performance reaches 400,000 IOPS for a 500GB drive, 800,000 IOPS for a 1TB drive, and 1,000,000 IOPS for 2GB and 4GB drives. In write mode, this figure is 1,000,000 IOPS for all but the smallest volume options, which is claimed to be 700,000 IOPS.

The resource of a 500 GB drive is 640 TBW, 1 TB – 1275 TBW, 2 TB – 2550 TBW, 4 TB – 5100 TBW. Note that the first two are single sided and the other two components are soldered on both sides of the PCB.

The new SSDs are set to begin shipping this summer. The MSRP for a 500GB drive is $ 140, a 1TB drive is $ 240, a 2TB drive is $ 490, and a 4TB drive is $ 950. The drives are backed by a five-year warranty.
