Sede261, in Pinheiros, welcomes Mexican chef Lourdes Hernandez on Sunday

Next Sunday (5) will have Mexican weather in the Headquarters261 , wine bar led by sommelières Daniela Bravin and Cássia Campos, in Pinheiros.

On that date, the house welcomes Mexican chef Lourdes Hernandez – better known as the “Cozinheira Atrevida”, pioneer in Brazil of dinners at home, back in the 2010s – for an afternoon of tostadas and quesadillas, which are a true journey to the roots of Mexican cuisine.

The menu for eating with your hands will include a portion of guacamole with totopos (R$ 20), and three versions of “Tostadas”: Colimense (with chipotle mayonnaise, marinated fish, tomato, onion, cucumber and cilantro – R$ 35 .00); Pollo Pibil (with chicken prepared in annatto and sour orange, served with red onion, marinated – R$ 32.00); and Cuitlacoche (with a mixture of traditional Mexican corn mushroom, with other varieties over dry curd paste and onion – R$ 38.00). All with wine options by the glass starting at R$28.00.
