In this carnival month of February, the guest this time will be Talita Barros, from the restaurant Conceição Records . The chef will bring some dishes that are already a trademark of the house: rice, one with ribs (R$38) and the other vegetarian, beetroot rice (R$38).
For the event, the pair of sommelières selected a sea of wines by the glass among whites, rosés, oranges and reds (from R$ 27 each).
