See 10 songs that help RCP in case of cardiac arrest

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) is a set of techniques adopted to reestablish body oxygenation functions and blood circulation after the patient has absence or weakness in heartbeat. Among wings is the heart massage.

Because of it, it is possible to provide first aid and make the heart continue pumping blood until the arrival of an ambulance, for example. According to Israelita Albert Einstein Hospital, CPR should be done at a frequency between 100 and 120 bpm.

To ensure that you do not leave this rhythm if you need to perform a cardiac massage, CNN Brasil listed a series of ten songs that are in this track. The task is simple: just sing the music and keep the RCP at the same frequency.

Songs that help maintain the rhythm of RCP

“Stayin ‘Alive” – Bee Gees

“Dancing Queen” – Abba

“Crazy in Love”-Beyoncé and Jay-Z

“Just Dance” – Lady Gaga and Colby O’Donis

“Eye of the Tiger” – Survivor

“Bye bye bye” – n’sync
