Six months ago, the world began to observe terrifying scenes of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine . At dawn on February 24, the image of a huge flash – coming from the explosions – marked the beginning of a war that has no end in sight.
From the 24th of February onwards, images of destruction, deaths, tanks and families seeking to flee terror became daily news on the news.
Scenes of children being attacked, Ukrainians squeezed into asylums to protect themselves from bombs and residents’ attempts to migrate to a safer place became frequent.
Faced with this scenario, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky became a protagonist among world leaders, met with the main authorities, obtained solidarity from NATO, the European Union, the United States, at the UN General Assembly and was applauded standing by members in the European Parliament.
