See how presidential candidates’ campaigns ended in Argentina

Less than five days before the presidential elections in Argentina, the candidates are closing their campaign.

The Argentine presidential candidates continued to use social media to generate engagement on their pages and follow routes through the streets to win more votes.

Below, you can see the posts of the main presidential candidates:

Sergio Massa:

In line with Peronist loyalty day, yesterday (17), the official candidate and Economy Minister Sergio Massa began a series of three acts:

  • Just yesterday, with Governor Axel Kicillof in Avellaneda, in the suburbs of Buenos Aires;
  • Today (18), with Buenos Aires candidate Leandro Santoro, in the City of Buenos Aires;
  • And tomorrow (19), its national closure is in a factory to be defined together with the workers.

With more than one million and two hundred thousand followers on X and around three hundred thousand on Instagram, Massa fills his networks in the last days of the campaign with a little bit of everything. Images of leadership, photos of his family life, videos of chats with citizens, clippings from presidential debates, media interviews and some confrontations with his opponents in the dispute, mainly Javier Milei.

His slogans go hand in hand with hope, love for the flag and an appeal to “not go to the polls to vote with hate”, in line with his “anti-rift” speech, with which he promises to call for a government of national unity, if he reaches the Casa Rosada seat.

His last post: a meeting with Ian, a boy with autism, who tells him that he wanted to meet him and that he is under the illusion that, if Massa were the next president, “he would know how to make a friendlier society”.

Patricia Bullrich:

From the Juntos por el Cambio coalition, Patrícia Bullrich brings a federal roadmap for the last days of the campaign. However, her final letter is highly symbolic. Lomas de Zamora is the chosen neighborhood and not in vain. The municipality in the province of Buenos Aires is the stronghold of Martín Insaurralde, the Kirchnerist officer who was the protagonist of the photos on a luxury yacht that were a scandal in recent weeks.

Javier Milei:

The candidate with millions of views continues to make waves on his social networks.

With images of his visit to the provinces and the euphoric support of the people who follow him, Javier Milei feeds his accounts.

There is no shortage of photos of the economist with the Israeli flag in his hand, memes in the shape of a dollar bill with the face of the leader of La Libertad Avanza and reposts from followers’ accounts.

Additionally, a video of Jair Bolsonaro showing his support and desire for victory is at the top of the radical candidate’s Instagram feed.
