See moment when cliff climber is rescued in the USA

A woman who was trapped in a cliff in California fired the emergency and was rescued by helicopter by Southern California authorities in the United States on Sunday (13), according to images released by the Riverside County Sheriff Aviation Unit on Instagram.

According to the publication, the climber was trapped on the cliff slope on the Pacific Crest trail for about an hour and was exhausted.

She was able to send an emergency text message to the number “911” (system created by the US government that centralizes care and interconnects police, firefighters and medical emergency) to ask for help through the mobile phone, which also sent the location.

The rescue teams sent by helicopter initially failed to arrest the seat belt to the woman and instead resorted to a “bear hug”, a position where someone intertwines their arms around someone else to carry it to a safer position at the top of the cliff, added the publication on the social network.

She was finally successfully lifted to the helicopter and then received help.

The climber seems to have suffered injuries on one leg during the rescue, according to the shoot, although Riverside Sheriff Aviation did not mention her condition in the post.
