Doctor Roberto Kalil, doctor of President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva (PT), was robbed at gunpoint this Tuesday morning (12), in the Bela Vista neighborhood, in the center of São Paulo. The information was confirmed by Hospital Sírio-Libanês. See the moment of the robbery:
According to the hospital, the doctor, who is also the presenter of CNN , was approached in the garage of the building where his private practice is located. There were no physical attacks and the doctor is fine. The hospital unit reinforces that the case did not happen on the hospital premises.
According to the doctor’s advice, Kalil did not react and handed over what the criminals wanted: a wristwatch. The doctor filed a police report and is seeing his patients normally.
