Already present in Brazil, the singer Madonna performs in the country next Saturday (4), in a historic show on Copacabana beach, Rio de Janeiro . Before landing on Brazilian soil, the queen of pop performed the last show of “The Celebration Tour” in Mexico.
The show was held at Sports Palace , in the country's capital, on Friday, April 26th. On her Instagram profile, Madonna celebrated the 80th performance of the tour and thanked what he named as “last show of the tour”.
“The last show of the tour ended in Mexico City in the most magical way. Frida Kahlo came to visit me and made me the happiest girl in the world! Not only was my show complete in Mexico, but my entire artistic career! Because she has always been my eternal muse, rooting for me in good times and bad. Thank you @salmahayek for making this possible. And thank you to my fans, not just in Mexico, but all over the world. We did this together!! 80 shows!”, wrote the singer.
Madonna's last show before performing in Brazil
Madonna performed three times in Mexico. In the last of them, she received the actress Salma Hayek, Kahlo's interpreter in the film “Frida”, 2002, on stage.
The special participation took place during the performance of the song “Vogue” and they held score cards as the dancers performed sensual moves and danced on a catwalk. On X, formerly Twitter, Madonna fans posted videos of the moment:

During the show, Madonna sang songs already present in other shows on the tour, such as the hits “Like a Virgin” in a version successfully mixed by Michael Jackson, “Billie Jean”, “Vogue”, “Hung Up” It is “Like a Prayer”.
The singer's flight to Brazil left the Mexican capital at 10:11 pm on Sunday (28) (1:11 am Brasília time).
On Monday morning (29), Madonna arrived in Rio de Janeiro , where, apparently, he will perform the closing show of “The Celebration Tour”. She landed at Tom Jobim International Airport at around 10:10 am.
According to information provided by the production team responsible for the show, 27 trucks to transport materials directly to the stage, which will have twice the structure used in other shows on the “Celebration Tour”.
