Wang claimed that held a “broad exchange” of views on international and regional issues of common interest”.
“The talks were frank, in-depth and constructive,” Wang added.
In addition, the Chinese Ministry of Foreign Affairs responded to the sanction imposed by the US on two senior Chinese officials for what it described as major human rights violations in Tibet.
“These illegal sanctions seriously affected Sino-US relations,” Wang said.
